NNeo Jiun JeenFirst time visiting Jakarta, Pan Pacific really catered to everything i wanted. The breakfast was pretty good. Stayed at the Junior Suite for 1 night. It came with a powder room too, enjoyed the room to the fullest with their Smart TV & amazing comfy beds. Club Lounge featured skyline views of the entire Jakarta Central Area. Special thanks to Juan for his help with preparation and service to make my Anniversary a special one.

GGuest UserI visited Mercure Sabang with my 4 years old and my mother of 84 years old. Both of them were very happy, my son loved the kids activity on Sunday morning, my mother enjoyed the breakfast and become gourmand (at home she doesn't eat much anymore). It was maybe a combination of good food, perfect lighting and friendly ambiance in the resto. Me and my son love the pool, it was in the perfect depth (1.3m), not too deep but not too shallow either. The room was spacious, we took the type of privilege room, the bed and pillows was super comforting, and everything was so clean. One advise, if you are a non smoker, request non-smoking room and floor immediately, We checked in a bit late so the 1st night I need to chose between having a king size bed in a smoking floor/room or twin bed in the non-smoking one. I was then chose the twin bed and move to other room with king size bed in non smoking floor, because the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room-floor was so strong. It is a good thing for the smokers I think, because not many hotels have a smoking room nowadays. So overall i would say that Mercure Sabang is 10/10. Will surely revisit.

GGuest UserService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

EEncik PaanI stayed at this hotel lat week on 1st till 3rd August. During my stay at this hotel, I received excellent, friendly service that met my expectations. I was very surprised and happy when I was told my room had been upgraded to an executive room. Thank you to all the staff at the restaurant, reception especially Ms Judith for the excellent service provided and also Ms Diana from housekeeping for cleaning the room when staying here. For breakfast there are many choices and it's delicious, only the second day you have to change places because the restaurant has a lot of guests. Anyone who stays here, you have nothing to lose and no regrets because of the excellent service even though the staff at the entrance are not friendly. I am very satisfied here and will come back again when on vacation in Jakarta.

GGuest UserReally appreciate with all staff and all services Hotel. New newness hotel near central of Jakarta and Tanah Abang. I recommend the room with swimming pool, nice and calm situations. The first day is really good, even the noise come from beside room, and you can asked for moving room (the reception ana will give you as long they still have available room) Breakfast very crowded and no one staff restaurant take the dirty plates glass on your table😤 its like you self serving. But so far the hotel really good. I like the lobby interior, they have guci at the coridor room. The smell really good at every area hotel.

GGuest UserWe visited this hotel 2 weeks ago, receptionist greeted us with smile, booking process only need several minutes, there is comfortable lobby for waiting and very wide pool. We booked suite room because its the biggest room for us to take maternity photo and there is bathup with nice night city view. BBQ night dinner taste was awesome with butter rice, various fresh fish, sirloin corner, salad bar and lot of desserts. Breakfast taste is good and mostly indonesia traditional food, you should try their porridge. Dental kit using great quality with branded toothpaste. Checkout process very fast and after that we go to pasar baru with 3 minutes walk. Special thanks for receptionist staff and restaurant staff for your friendly services. We definitely will be back if there is chance.

BBrianHotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

GGuest UserA very stratetic hotel that has the best city view in Jakarta, 10/10 would recommend this hotel especially Suite Room type with the Balcony view (519). Not to forget the Fullybooked Restaurant which located at the 6th floor, overall a very pleasant experience and surprisingly very affordable knowing that this hotel located in the heart of central Jakarta.
