"The hotel's location is excellent,making easy to explore the city. Also walking distance to Braga street, can enjoy nightlife at Braga street just walk through the street, very likely. Room was clean and comfortable,but room is small. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple."

"Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung."

"The hotel location was so very near braga street (around 3 minutes walk) but the street is free from traffic jam, so this was a very point plus. Too bad that their parking lot is only available for 9 cars, the rest will be valet in the building accross the street, which will take long since it is a one way street. I was staying on the 8th floor and there was problems with electricity, the room card key repeatedly failed and there was one time where lights on the bathroom won't turn on. Also, the pillow provided was very thin and even though they gave me another one, it is just not helping because it will get squished anyway. PLEASE do replace the pillows, i got terrible neck ache until 3 days later due to your pillows."

The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially liked the city view and the overall cleanliness of the room. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Oakwood Merdeka offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere in the middle of the city. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bandung."

"The facilities are complete, with cooking utensils, a microwave, etc. The AC is cold and the room is spacious. As soon as I entered, the room smelled good, and the bed also smelled fresh, even though the sheets and blanket were a bit faded, they were clean and fragrant. There are cleaning tools like mops, etc., since there's no housekeeping, which is standard for an apartment. The check-in process was smooth, and the admin was quite responsive. We picked up the room key from the mailbox in the lobby. There's a helpful parking attendant who assisted us with parking since it's quite tight, going down to B3. If there's no parking available, you can get free valet. Parking costs a maximum of 15k for a single entry. The location is within walking distance to Braga. There's one EV charging lot, but it's a slow 7kw charger. The TV was enhanced with an MI Stick, turning it into a Google TV. Overall, I was very satisfied staying here."
