RREFTZ**Convenient Location** First off, the location is fantastic! It’s really close to all the attractions, shops, and some great restaurants. I loved being able to explore the area without having to travel far. **Easy and cheap Parking** Another big plus was the cheap parking. It made my life so much easier, especially since I didn’t have to stress about finding a spot. It felt like a real bonus! **Clean and Comfortable** The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but it’s super clean and well-maintained. My room was cozy and had everything I needed. Plus, the air conditioning was amazing—it kept the room nice and cool, which was perfect after a day out exploring. **Diverse Atmosphere** I also enjoyed the diverse mix of guests, including many travelers from abroad, which added a fun vibe to the place. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Kobe! GGuest User１ months ago, the hotel in Kanazawa was good, so I stayed here for a while before the opening. It was a little rainy, but I was moving in the arcade, so I was almost wet. Arrived without the view from the room, so the surrounding hotels and buildings are assumed. The room is clean and the bathroom is separate. The breakfast was delicious. I thought again, but the size of the tissue box is easy to use. The small type of square has been hard to get, so it's good to recur. NNormanHotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. It is convenient to walk to the sightseeing tour bus stop in 5 minutes ～ 6 minutes.

CCookie118Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.

SSH WooJust next to the herb garden and one subway station away from Motomachi happening area. Breakfast is fantastic. (There is traditional Japanese and Western choice, we took both on different days) View from the room is marvelous and can view the sunrise.

The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong.
