The hotel is clean and staff I friendly. However, the breakfast selection is quite minimal for a 4 stars hotel.

An old and unsympathetic hotel in a fairly central location in Lang Son. Compared to other hotels in this chain, this was a rather disappointing experience. The furnishings are quite dated. There was mold in the bathroom. Cleanliness was marginal. At least the bed was comfortable. The pool area seemed uninviting. The breakfast was really bad. Cheap food and hardly any choice for Europeans. Furthermore, the breakfast items weren't refilled when they ran out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

5-star standard service. Polite, enthusiastic and attentive staff. Although the breakfast buffet is not diverse, the service is mostly excellent for the price. Almost the first choice when visiting Lang Son.
