New hotel chain in Langfang North Exploration Area. Just live in a nearby community, there are guests at home, and two rooms are booked. Although the surrounding environment is not good, the hotel rooms are very good and the price is OK. The rooms are large, well-equipped and clean.
The beauty at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped arrange pick-up and breakfast. The driver arrived at the airport early and waited.

Highly recommended [strong] This price did not have much hope. I thought about staying for a while at night and left in the morning. I didnât expect to be pleasantly surprised after I went in. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The landlordâs service attitude was very good. All questions were answered patiently. The bed is very comfortable, a soft bed and a hard bed are reasonably matched, there is a instant noodles drink in the room in the early morning, it is awesome, the two-bedroom and one-living room is large and the disposable supplies are complete and cost-effective, and it is recommended to live!

Unexpectedly, I stayed in a very cost-effective five-star hotel with first-class facilities, swimming and fitness, and first-class service. I felt at home. GGuest UserThe location is good for me to visit my parents who live in Yanda senior home. There are a lot restaurants and stores very close too, very convenient and easy to call a DiDi. Hotel is well equipped and the room is very large. Washer and driers are free to use. The only thing I donât like is the smell of cigarettes, seems smoking is allowed in all the rooms.

Upon entering the lobby, staff immediately greeted me with a smile, proactively took my luggage, handling it gently yet securelyâevery detail showcasing their professionalism and thoughtfulness. During check-in, the front desk agent was incredibly efficient, making the whole process quick and convenient without any waiting. She even thoughtfully offered a warm cup of longan, red date, and goji berry tea, a warmth that spread from my fingertips to my heart. What was even more surprising was her proactive upgrade of my roomâthis unexpected gesture of care really touched me!
My upgraded room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The layout was wide and comfortable, and every corner was spotlessly clean and well-organized, instantly making me forget the fatigue of my journey. Shortly after checking in, housekeeping thoughtfully delivered fresh fruit, a rich variety that was juicy and fresh. This meticulous attention to detail truly made me feel the warmth and comfort of home.
It was a perfect experience from start to finish, with service details meticulously handled and full of sincerity! This is definitely a five-star service hotel worth revisiting countless times, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who seeks quality in their travels.

This time I stayed at the Lerner Hotel, the whole process was comfortable and pleasant, and I must give full praise! The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and atmospheric, the public area is clean and tidy, the lighting is transparent, the decoration is simple and high-end, and I feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as I enter the door. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I lie down for a good night's sleep; The bathroom is clean and odorless, the hot water is stable, the water pressure is comfortable, and the quality of toiletries is online; the fresh air and air conditioning are quiet, and the sound insulation effect is also very good, which does not affect the rest at all. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the corners are clean, the details are full, and the stay is particularly safe.
The most praiseworthy is the service! Xiao Guo at the front desk is handsome and friendly, check-in is efficient and neat, take the initiative to introduce the room type and hotel facilities, patiently answer questions, smile and sunshine and professional, making people a first impression. Yu was thoughtful and thoughtful throughout the whole process, from check-in guidance to demand response to meticulous, quickly coordinated and solved problems, treated people sincerely, managed in place, and made the service feel warm to the guests. The two staff members are professional and warm, making the journey feel warm.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at âHoliday Inn Langfangâ, this time around.
Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service âa lack of serviceâ, being the primary reason.
Nevertheless, we wanted to try the âSuitesâ section this time, and also see if things have improved.
Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in.
This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests.
Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years.
Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good.
The âsuiteâ has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com).
We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week.
Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese.
This is still the case, WHY?
As it's an âInternational Brandâ, hence we expect a level of English as well.
This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels.
With that said, we received excellent service from âAllenâ, whom tried his best to meet our requirements.
(Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him).
There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home.  All rooms are cosy and comfortableïŒlocated on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers.  Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well.  Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :)  If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely âMid Autumn Festivalâ, âNational Dayâ and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The âEatery Restaurantâ, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the âTeamâ, whom makes the establishment a success.
The âNewâ pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge âunlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheratonâ, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former âRegional Retail Managerâ, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in âCustomer Relationship Managementâ and âRetail Managementâ, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.

Perhaps, âMarriottâ should consider, having this Hotel's âsisterâ Hotel, âThe Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about âHospitality and Serviceâ, from this Hotel âFour Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfangâ.
As in my opinion, the âThe Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Managementâ is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The âAlpacasâ are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, âForeign, and Domesticâ.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.

The hotel has a special car to pick up from Disney and the subway station, which is very convenient. The staff is very enthusiastic. I personally rate this hotel higher than Sheraton. I even think it would definitely get four stars if it had a bathtub.
Thanks to the location of the hotel, the room is super quiet when the windows are closed at night, and you can rest well. This is the hotel with the best value for money and the best feeling in the past two years. I will stay here again next time I go to Disney (˔¯Íă°ÂŻÍË”)

AAnonymous UserTwo big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management.
Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast.
Hygienic: Very good, plenty of sunshine
Environment: very quiet, very warm

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
