Very good hotel, magnificent view, very welcoming and pleasant staff. Too bad the breakfast is not a buffet because the plates are not consistent, few foreign chains especially for foreign tourists.

Location was good. Room needs an upgrade. breakfast choices limited. Staff was help nice.

The staff are very kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the view from the pool is amazing.

The facilities are old and the beach is full of grass and lacks maintenance. Fortunately, there is a huge swimming pool, the sunset is beautiful, and it is very close to the airport, which is suitable for staying in the morning to catch an early flight.

This is worth it. Maybe those who stay here are in transit, so there are not many guests. It takes 10 MYR to get to the central area by taxi, and it takes only two or three minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The swimming pool is big, the room is big, it is very cost-effective, and there is breakfast. Recommended

This hotel deserves infinitely better than what we can read in some reviews! The location is on a private beach, with the most beautiful swimming pool in Langkawi Tower! 80 meters long by 40 meters wide, warm and perfectly clean swimming pool for a sublime view of the sunset.. just for the swimming pool and the view of the Sunset, the hotel is worth booking. Small negative point for the pool: it is not possible to change the Spotify compilation or to offer your music, so it is always the same thing. Feel free to change this. For the room, it was very large, no smell compared to other hotels in Langkawi and very clean. We were in room 1216, I don't know about the others. Very large balcony. The hotel is isolated but for only 10 ringgit in grab you will be at Cenang Beach, really the best option to be quiet and in 10 minutes where there are people! The staff is extremely nice, the restaurant has very affordable prices (juices for 7 ringgit) and a service similar to the big hotels of the time. We were also able to check in at 2pm because our room was available. In short, I strongly advise people to book this hotel if there is sunshine even if only for 1-2 nights and enjoy the swimming pool and the very good breakfast! The hotel would benefit from being slightly cheaper, we paid around 200 ringgit per night. I think that within 50 ringgit, the hotel would be much more full. We will come back very soon. Beautiful pool and view of beach. Room and rest of hotel basic but clean. Old hotel, previously Sheraton , but now aged.

Large room suitable for families. Nice pool with beutiful sunset view. Local food is too spicy for general Malaysian.

the facilities (gym, kids club ) were run down and not functioning.the place is overall just nice with beautiful infinity pool and kids pool is also superb but it is a shame that we cannot use other facilities. the beach was full of thorns plants and muddy. need to repair the facilities.

Well this hotel isn’t perfect but they really care about their customers. It’s near the airport but about 15 minutes to cenang beach where everything happens(party and all) . The pool is huge and the view is amazing. Also the cook from the from the hotel cook better food than outside I think 😂😂. And the employees are the nicest and most helpful people ever. For those who are too picky you might find the hotel a bit old especially the bathroom design a bit weird but for those who don’t mind it is really worth it. And they have their own beach as well
