Our room called Mauritius Island is very well decorated & my children like it very much..The atmosphere is quite cosy.. Every room has different concept & different decoration.. Will definitely return back if we're going to Langkawi for our holiday..

The design concept is an excellent idea. Like a room with a private pool, but not. Only the room is extremely hot, the bathroom floor is quite slippery, there aren't many plug outlets, there aren't any seats to sit on outside, and the shower soap container is completely worthless because the soap does not come out precisely when you press it. The hotel does not allow for early check-in. You need to pay an additional RM100 to check in early from 12 - 3pm.

Overall, quite a pleasant stay. Rooms were quite clean and comfortable, like a 2 bedder condo. However the room we were in has some leakage from the ceiling during rainy days. Heard from some friends who went to the pool that it wasn't very clean. Hopefully they will clean It up soon. Won't mind going back again tho. Thank you for the stay!

Beautiful hotel. Nice view, friendly staffs make our stay feel at home but it will be good if the hotel can provide water filter so that guest can refill empty bottles. We will surely come again

It's not smack dab in downtown, which is kinda cool if you're into a more laid-back scene. But hey, heads up, renting a car like we did is a game-changer. Made getting around a breeze! Now onto the digs – clean as a whistle! Seriously, major props to the housekeeping crew. We're talking spotless from lobby to room. Plus, the amenities? On point! Pool, sauna, you name it, they got it. And can we give a shoutout to the staff? Super friendly vibes all around. From check-in to check-out, they were top-notch. So yeah, if you're all about a rad spot with a chill vibe, Hangouts Urban Eco Langkawi is your jam.

It's so clean and the sunset is pretty. It's the best. I want to come again.

Although it is a little remote, it is very good overall. The facilities are complete, clean and comfortable. The 5 of us all lived very comfortably. It has everything you need for accommodation.. The swimming pool is also very clean, which is really great for those of us who love swimming! My friend said that we will definitely stay in this hotel again next time we go!

Magnificent hotel, very quiet, brand new, incredibly beautiful room, very friendly and family-friendly, everything was magnificent.

The place is a bit remote. I booked the hotel because of the swimming pool and indoor playground. When I arrived, they said the indoor playground was under maintenance, so it was not worth it.

The room environment is similar to the picture. The most important thing is that the location is not good. It is too far from the beach. It is inconvenient to travel. It is also difficult to grab a car. The hotel does not provide food, toothbrushes, hairdryers, etc. You must bring your own. If you don’t have a chartered car or rent a car, , travel is a big problem, affecting the mood of play

A little far from the center, but since we took a rental car it wasn’t a big problem. The hotel itself is large, clean with a nice warm pool.
