The suite itself was pretty good, quite cozy, although a bit pricey. The location was excellent. However, there was construction happening at another hotel right outside the room, which created noise. Also, after 10 PM, there was virtually no one at the front desk to assist. I needed extra slippers at one point and couldn't find anyone; I was told I'd have to wait until the next morning for service.

We stayed in apartment 25 on the 19th floor. Despite the friendly assistance with the self-check-in, our stay was overall very disappointing and plagued by numerous issues. Here's an overview of the main problems: Lack of Cleanliness & Ineffective Re-cleaning: Upon arrival, the floor was heavily soiled and stained. There was still sawdust from the assembly inside the cabinets. The requested re-cleaning was ineffective; the floor was merely sprayed, and the dirt was only spread around with a mop without water. Incomplete Amenities: Upon arrival, there was no kettle, dishcloth, towels, or bath mat. Despite asking three times, we were not provided with toilet paper throughout our entire stay. Since the apartment had no broom, vacuum cleaner, or mop, we couldn't even clean up ourselves. Odor Nuisance & Construction Defects: On the second day, there was an extremely foul smell coming from the bathroom drain (siphon). A technician directly informed us that the odor traps (P-traps) were missing from the siphons throughout the entire building. As a 'solution,' a plastic bag was simply stuffed into the drain, but the smell kept returning. Condition of the Building: The hallways were very dirty, as shown in the pictures. Since it's not communicated where trash should go, many guests simply leave their full trash bags in the hallways. Massive Construction Noise: The building is located in the middle of a large construction site. On the left side, excavation work is currently underway for another 39-story building. The construction noise is extremely loud and will continue for a long time. Conclusion: Lack of hygiene, missing basic necessities (like toilet paper), structural defects, and severe construction noise. We definitely cannot recommend this accommodation.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the staff are friendly. It's easy to get around, the location is good, and the environment is quiet, making for a comfortable stay. Recommended! There's some construction nearby at the moment, so some rooms can be a bit noisy. We also encountered several issues, but the staff were all very helpful in resolving them. Overall, the environment is peaceful, and it's convenient for getting around. The staff are warm and polite, making it a good choice for a stay in Langkawi. The overall value for money is decent, suitable for a short stay. Many thanks again to all the staff for their help and patience.

The room is clean, tidy, and everything is new. There's a small kitchen with everything you need. On the downside, I wasn't too impressed with the service and interaction at the reception. There were also some issues with hot water. I have to mention the incredible pool and gym. For its price, it completely lives up to the quality – the hotel exceeded expectations.
