Rebak Island Resort & Marina Langkawi

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable stay, and good service but one thing to note is the frequent cancellation of the ferry trips from and to the hotel which made planning for the day’s activities troublesome

It is a really great hotel! You get way too much for your buck, especially for a location like in Langkawi. Other resort / hotel at the same price range would not be able to give the same oofering. The location is great, the only resort located in a private island. You'll get to feel luxurious stay at an affordable price. The staff is very welcoming and well trained. They memorise each and every one gusts staying at the resort. The building and amenities has shown its signs of age. But it is still well kept. My only complain is if they could provide us with smart tv, it would be perfect for our stay in. Overall, it was definitely a memorable stay. Will I come back? Definitely! Special shout out to the staff - Ola, Gloria, Alya, Syawal, and so many others for making our stay a memorable and great one!

Love the quiet space. Breakfast was OK too, with many selections. Our room was spacious just adjacent to the swimming pool, ample of room for 4 people. Hope the hotel can maintain the kids club with new toys n good CDs for movie time. Ferry ride was 7-10 mins away from the Rebak Jetty.

The staff were friendly, rapid response, clean hotel, tidied the room at our request. Had a beautiful sunset view at the doc while waiting for the boat.

I stay on 7th Aug 2026 and specifically requested a room near the reception when booking the hotel around one month before, but upon arrival, I was assigned the furthest room (room 1007). When I asked why, they said there were no rooms available. Unbelievable! This hotel is not worth staying at all. I paid $181 per night. The hotel is old, the floors are broken, and there are bugs in the toilet drain that crawl out when I shower.

RWonderful Stay at Rebak Island Resort We had a wonderful stay at Rebak Island Resort & Marina Langkawi. The location is excellent, peaceful, and very suitable for families who are looking for privacy and relaxation. The resort services were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The private beach is beautiful, clean, and offers a great level of privacy, which makes it especially suitable for families. We also really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. It was excellent, varied, and offered many good options to choose from. I would also like to share one recommendation that could make the resort even better: it would be great to have more security cameras covering all areas of the resort, including the swimming pool, beach, rooms area, and walkways. It would also be very helpful to have lifeguards or safety staff monitoring the beach and swimming pool areas. This would make the resort feel even safer for children and give parents more peace of mind while their young kids are playing or swimming. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to families looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing island getaway.
