Very good hotel and relaxing place to stay near Pantai Cenang. Ten-minute drive to and from the airport, offering great hotel facilities and a relaxing atmosphere near the beach with public access to the beach within walking distance, with a view. Thank you for making the effort to decorate the room and cake for the birthday stay.

Overall, my stay at Pelangi Beach Resort was an amazing experience. I arrived early at around 12.30pm and luckily we were able to check in at 1pm even though check-in time is 3pm. The staff, from the bellboy to the reception and buggy service team, were all polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was being able to hear the sound of the waves from the room. Breakfast was good and the facilities and scenery around the hotel were superb. Definitely a great place for a relaxing stay.

The staffs are friendly.. The location wise was good, 10 minutes to airport and walking distance to Pantai Cenang. But the room had old facilities, the lighting is too dim, no sound proof. You can hear sound from the person above and beside your room.

We had an amazing stay at the resort in a connecting room. From the moment we arrived we had a wonderful welcome which continued throughout our stay by all the friendly and attentive staff. The buggy service taking us to our room and around the resort when we needed was a bonus. Breakfast selection was huge and varied. The resort is a short walk away from a bustling street for food and shopping. The beach is clean and calm. At night, the resort looks dreamy with the lighting. Granted, some things could do with a little attention such as a need for air con in the bathrooms as they get very hot and stuffy, however nothing was enough to ruin or holiday. We last visited 25 years ago for out honeymoon and did not regret coming back with our older children. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return :)

The hotel is truly beautiful; I was captivated by the environment the moment I arrived. The service was also good, with staff generally responsive and accommodating. The hotel breakfast is a bit limited for Chinese tastes. It's a short taxi ride to Cenang Beach, costing around 10 MYR.

Amazing stay, beautiful cottage with a lovely view. The pool is gorgeous and the property is right on the beach, so you can walk straight onto it. Breakfast is very extensive. Would definitely come back here.

Excellent location, tucked away from the main tourist area – a beach without other tourists. The hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. The authentic architecture is stunning. The rooms are spacious. The grounds are huge for Langkawi! Many birds, lizards, monitor lizards, and civets roam the property. What tourists should be aware of: prices at the à la carte restaurant, and other decent establishments, are not cheap at all. Expect to pay at least $40-50 for two people. My recommendation for the hotel: clean around the sun loungers more often (old cigarette butts, papers, wrappers). Also, clear the trees washed up by the tide from the general beach area (several logs were washed ashore, covered in mollusks, and started to smell bad in the sun. No one removed them, even though two people could do it in 20 minutes). BUT, these were the only things that stood out. Otherwise, everything was very good!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here with my family and overall we had a pleasant stay. The resort grounds are beautiful, spacious and full of greenery, giving a relaxing kampung-style tropical vibe. The beach is just a short walk away and the sunset view was amazing. The swimming pool was one of our kids' favourite spots. Staff were generally friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable and suitable for families. However, we experienced an issue during our stay where several family members developed itchy rashes/insect bites. We are not completely certain of the source, but it affected our overall experience and caused some concern, especially with young children. Despite that, the resort itself is beautiful, family-friendly and located in a great area near Pantai Cenang. Hopefully the resort can look into this matter to ensure future guests have a more comfortable stay.

It was a great hotel with best possible views , only issue i had was with their AC which was apparently not clean and also dripping. Rest all was clean and enjoyed my self there alot and without a dount highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (6/10) Beautiful beachfront views and a large pool that kids will absolutely love. The resort grounds are lovely and relaxing. Other than that, everything else was fairly average rooms, facilities, and service were decent but not exceptional. Overall, a pleasant stay mainly for the scenery and family-friendly pool.

Service: Absolutely lives up to five-star hotel standards. Check-in isn't done standing at a counter; instead, you're seated comfortably on a lobby sofa for personalized, one-on-one service. Room: Spacious and full of local character with a well-designed layout. However, the bedding was just average, and the soundproofing in the wooden cabins is indeed poor. Dining: There are two restaurants for breakfast; one is a Western-style restaurant facing the beach and sea. Overall, though, the variety is a bit limited. Facilities: The pool is fantastic, with a light blue bottom, catering to the swimming needs of adults, children, and even infants. It also comes with a spacious, bright kids' club and an animal park.

The hotel is situated in the right place, not far from the airport and in walking distance to Cenang street where all activities are situated (restaurants, shopping). Very nice and helpful hotel team ready to solve all your questions (special thanks to Siti). Clean sandy beach with sunbeds and palms instead of umbrellas. Nice wooden houses create unique atmosphere of nature village. Regarding negative issues, air conditioner in our room was installed not in the right place as the air flow goes right into your face when you’re sleeping. All other things are good and I may recommend Pelangi Beach Resort for comfort stay on Langkawi
