I did not stay but only benefitted from dinner, gym and spa with massage. I ate a pizza with raw ham with excellent dough and seasoning: thanks pizza makers Andrea and Pino, obviously Italian. Really very good !!! As for the gym and the Spa I must say that I found it very clean and welcoming. As for the massage, one of the best facts in my life with foot reflexology. I have to thank the holistic operator Doris, a very prepared professional who put me at ease, with sweetness. I hope to find all of you who have brighten up my stay. Thank you very much, I will be back!

The most detestable of experiences. We had made a reservation, arrived on time so as not to offend the Swiss host, and it was certainly because we were not locals that the first waiter who received us after letting us wait a few long minutes vaguely tried to find our name on the reservation list. He then gave up after we had found our name and told us that the chef would come and set us up. The chef, after a little wink to his waiter, ignored us, preferring to serve a few tables, then desserts and cappuccinos here and there. I should point out that we were a family with our 6 and 8 year old children. Finally, the "chef" came to us and explained that unfortunately our table was no longer available. Yes, of course within 15 minutes there would certainly be room. Wink to the waiter again. So we decided to leave. This was too much, and we had the pleasure of witnessing the general hilarity as we passed the restaurant windows again, all the waiters and cooks laughing out loud. What a pleasure to have been the laughing stock of their evening...

Hervorragend gegessen im Restaurant Hüttenzauber. War kaum etwas offen in Lenzerheide, darum nach Lenz gefahren. Zum Glück, denn die Küche da ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Der ideale Ort, mal Capuns zu probieren... oder ein anderes Bündner-Gericht.

La camera era arredata in stile montagna, calda e accogliente. Buona e varia la colazione a buffet. Materasso comodissimo, camera con balcone. Molto silenzioso dopo la chiusura del ristorante. Grande parcheggio gratuito. Dall‘altra parte della strada c‘é lo spa che purtroppo non ho usato. Sarà per la prossima volta

Das Hotel ist mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail renoviert worden, heimelige Wohlfühloase. Bei der Ankunft war der Empfang nicht ein Hüttenzauber, eher ooh Sie sind viel z früh! Die Infos zum gebuchten 4 Gang Abendessen, wann und wo dies möglich ist komplett falsch, das Empfangspersonal sollte besser instruiert werden. Sehr gutes Gastronomie Konzept mit den verschiedenen Restaurants, daher auch teilweise gehobenere Preise, besonders bei der Weinkarte.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Hotel Sarain und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Zimmer sind sehr schön im Alpenchic eingerichtet, stilvolles Restaurant, Speisekarte mit überschaubarer aber guter Auswahl. Großzügige Parkplatzsituation.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön👍 Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und professionell. Wir kennen das Sarain seit 7 Jahren, bei den Aufenthalten im 2024 stellten wir fest, dass es nicht mehr dasselbe war wie vorher. Seit Dezember 2024 hat der neue Geschäftsführer viel zum positiven verändert. Es gibt 2 neue Restaurants und das Essen kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen. Der Service top, professionell und sehr freundlich. An dieser Stelle wünsche ich dem neuen Team alles Gute und eine erfolgreiche Saison.

Eher lange Wartezeit in der Pizzeria ansonsten alles wunderbar. Pizza auch lecker. Schönes Zimmer. Toller Ort zum Wandern. Kleiner Wellnessbereich ist verfügbar. Nettes Personal. E-Bikes standen zur Verfügung und coole Bikewege mit Aussicht in der Nähe.
