The location is not convenient quite a walking distance road to the dead end point. Too tired to go out and return back to the hotel by slope road.

So bad experience not belonging to IGH group and they don’t follow the standards, staff attitude is very poor , air conditioning not working, breakfast is extremely low and most of dishes empty, this is not holidays inn it’s the worst experience

The service in the hotel lobby was great! I was deeply impressed by Ms. Che and Mr. Chen, they are indeed excellent. Special mention for breakfast: Chef Ma's beef noodles. It was really delicious, I even think it was the best. Ms. Li in the restaurant was also very friendly. I was very impressed.
