Lanzhou Xiguan Shizi Zhongshan Bridge UrCove by Hyatt Hotel

This was my family's first trip to Lanzhou, and after seeing all the great reviews for this hotel, I booked two rooms for two nights. Our stay was fantastic! First off, the location is excellent. Xiguan Subway Station is right downstairs, and you can walk to Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River in just a couple of hundred meters to the north. There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, plus a walking street with lots of delicious food just a short stroll across the road. The hotel environment is also wonderful. We were offered 'Sanpao Tea' upon entering, and our rooms were spacious and very well-designed. They provided welcome fruit, breakfast vouchers, and a free minibar. The chairs were comfortable, and there was a coffee machine with capsule coffee. Plus, the toothbrush packet even included dental floss! The smart toilet had various washing and massage functions. The room also had a bay window, which was lovely to relax by and watch the outside world. Honestly, it felt like a five-star experience. The front desk staff were also very friendly and thoughtful; they called ahead to make sure it was convenient before delivering the welcome fruit, which I really appreciated. If I ever come back to the Northwest, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

📍 The golden location is simply impeccable! Situated right in the heart of the Xiguan Cross commercial district, you step out and you're directly on Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street. Zhengning Road Night Market is just a short walk away, so your 'eat and explore' mode can be activated anytime. It's a 5-minute walk straight to Zhongshan Bridge; at night, you can enjoy the illuminated iron bridge with the gentle breeze from the Yellow River. It's also super convenient for visiting Baita Mountain Park and the Yellow River Ropeway. Metro Line 1 is right around the corner, so getting around is a breeze with no detours needed. The room itself was clean and tidy. The front desk staff had a great service attitude, and the breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy, and the service was great. The location is excellent, right near Zhongshan Bridge, making transportation very convenient. They even upgraded our room! The bathroom had a nice wet/dry separation, which was a plus. Everything was pretty smart-controlled, too.

This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and running errands. The in-room facilities are new and complete, and all the smart devices work perfectly. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic. Next time I'm in Lanzhou, I'll definitely stay here again.
