Our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly pleasant. The hotel boasts an elegant and grand atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail. Our room was spacious, bright, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The service was gentle, attentive, and exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, making getting around very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and offers pick-up and drop-off service to and from the station. All of the staff are friendly and helpful — from the front desk and the driver to the housekeeping team. The room was compact, clean, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I return to this city.

Good hotel and very clean room. It’s close to train station but not walkable if you’re travelling with a lot of luggage. You will need to take taxi, even though the hotel is just behind the station. If travelling light with just a rucksack it ok.

Highly recommended! The room was exactly like the pictures, and the front desk was incredibly attentive. They were incredibly patient and thoughtful in recommending food and sights! They were friendly and welcoming, treating guests like family and friends! The facilities were complete and clean, and the afternoon tea with plum soup and three tea sets was delicious. The room also had a refrigerator, which was incredibly practical. There was also a laundry room, free shuttle service, and everything needed, including dental floss, hair ties, and a microwave! Five-star service and experience, absolutely worth it!
