Overall, it was great. The front desk staff were all very pretty, and I got a free room upgrade, which I really appreciate.

I booked three rooms, and they were all pretty good – spacious and bright with comfortable bedding. The parking spaces were large, clean, and ample. It was very convenient for visiting the old street, which gets even livelier at night. The street food stalls on both sides outside were very authentic and interesting.

I really loved the style of this place; the whole lobby and exterior look grand and chic. The room was super comfortable for sleeping, very quiet, and the temperature was just right. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, and her service was so heartwarming.

This hotel has a lot of character! It's super convenient as it's right on an old street. The front desk staff are very responsible and helpful, the hotel facilities are great, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It's really suitable for a family stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and tidy, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Lanzhou Old Street, with attractions just outside the door, making travel incredibly convenient. I especially want to commend the front desk staff – their service was warm and attentive. Not only were they considerate to guests, but they also had an excellent knowledge of local dining and entertainment. They thoughtfully recommended authentic dishes, helping us easily experience local specialties. The young women working there were beautiful inside and out, truly heartwarming. What was even more touching was that after we checked out, the staff promptly contacted us to let us know we had left an item behind, showing their diligent and responsible approach. This stay significantly boosted our fondness for the entire city of Lanzhou.

The soundproofing at this hotel is absolutely amazing! Being located right inside the scenic area was super convenient. Breakfast was great, and the laundry facilities were a nice bonus. The hotel staff provided very professional service, and overall, it's excellent value for money. Everything about our stay was well worth it. A big thank you to the hotel staff for their help and care; they even upgraded us to a family room at a discounted rate!

Had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. My child forgot to print their homework before we left, and the front desk went out of their way to help us with it late at night – so thoughtful! Since we were traveling with a child, they arranged for our room to face the garden, which was wonderfully quiet, and we all slept soundly. The hotel itself is new and very clean. Overall, an excellent stay!
