Dengfenglai Youth Hostel (Lanzhou West Railway Station)

The hostel is well located near the metro and one stop away from the train station and a few stops to the "main sites" like the bridge, waterwheels etc. The owner is friendly and speaks English. The common area was relaxing and spacious. The cat Oreo who lives there is the cutest!

Nice hostel. The owner was very friendly and spoke English. I found it easy to meet people when I was there. There is a good restaurant and supermarket downstairs.

This place is amazing. They have like an inside garden. Check out is suuuper late and they are very friendly!!!

Cool typical backpacker hostel in a very nice area of Lanzhou. The staff was frendly and could speak English. The vibes were very laid back with some cool Chinese as well as international backpackers. It's a 5-10 minutes walk to the MRT and it's around 30 minutes by metro to the railway station (兰州站). Highly recommended 😊. As a little feedback for improvement, it would be awesome to have curtains on the males beds for privacy.

A lovely space with very helpful staff. The facilities weren’t ideal but the rooms were comfortable and air conditioned.

I feel a little bit lose some privacy when there is nothing to cover. Another thing is that some guests seem not to use earplug when listening to video at night, which is why I still hear a little bit of sound from their mobile phones at night.

Great hostel. Clean quiet and comfortable. All the staff were super friendly and helpful (and spoke English). Common area is big and very pleasant to hang out.
