酒店的房間設施設備比較老舊，裝修起碼十年以上了，毛巾浴巾也都褪色泛黃，豪華大床房提供的還是僅兩瓶的康師傅水，房卡也出現失靈的情況，卡外面還用塑料布包裹，很難想象，這是什麼意思，是怕卡損壞嗎……

不足之處就是一樓牛肉麪服務態度欠佳，有服務型狀無服務態度，具體情況是我的麪需要加油辣椒，去了買牛肉那邊櫃枱，喊了服務員幾聲沒人理我，因為辣椒油就放在櫃枱上，然後我就自己加了兩勺，嘿 怪事出現了，服務員一下就過來了，説不讓自己加，😳😳😳，你不讓我加可以那你們過來給我加啊，我叫你們又不理，這算那門子事，完了吸取教訓問守我們那桌的服務員要幾棵大蒜，這個服務員倒是回答的挺乾脆，你自己去賣麪那裡去拿，然後轉身又像木偶一樣站那裡一動不動，因為我前幾年在這裏住過吃過，當時感覺挺好，這次路過蘭州又專門帶朋友來感受一下，那知道現在服務變這樣了，住這一天我看到酒店早上早會下午午會
都在開，😂😂😂😂 就開了個這個服務出來 呵呵

朋友來蘭州玩，幫着預訂的。早晨可吃阿西婭牛肉麪，晚餐可吃手抓，如果喝點小酒，可以直接從餐廳坐電梯回到房間，五層以上都是客房。下面幾層是餐廳。停車也方便。

前台服務員態度特別差，還欺騙消費者！被我識破了！一開始説網上訂單比實際帶我們看的房子要小，現場定的房子要大一點，因為網上要便宜三四十塊！結果住下以後房間是一樣大的，還有房間內毛巾浴巾用的都發黃了，床單千瘡百孔，到處都是補丁！更誇張的是白色的床單用紅色的線打補丁！真心不推薦！

第一次住西婭客棧，大堂在五樓，光線非常暗，好像沒有營業一樣。電燒水壺裡麪都出現了銹跡。
