優點:所見即所得，房主衞生做的很好，很乾凈，房子也通透敞亮，帶着孩子，很方便。入住之前自動聯繫我們，有事打電話也很熱情。提供一次性拖鞋和牙刷。停車費一晚上20封頂，也很方便。走路600米有個物美超市，還有魏家涼皮，很方便。
待提高:房間裏應該備一包紙巾吧，還有一次性水杯。淋浴最好有個使用説明，不然洗澡水弄半天。

小區有收費地下停車場（24小時封頂20），停車方便。房間乾淨衞生，用品齊全。周圍餐館不少，還有物美和菜市場，便於補貨。房東服務周到熱情，下單馬上主動聯繫，告知入住詳情。有問題及時回覆，給我們推薦當地特色美食，還提前給我我們開好空調，來蘭州推薦入住。
