Hyatt Regency Lanzhou

Excellent hotel with great service. They were very attentive and promptly met all our requests. It's conveniently located close to popular attractions like Zhongshan Bridge. The doorman was especially wonderful; when we were waiting for a taxi outside in the afternoon and it was hot, he quickly brought us ice water – so thoughtful! The air conditioning in the room was comfortable, unlike some hotels where you can't get the temperature just right.

Highly recommended! Staying in the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou's River View Suite was the biggest surprise of my Gansu-Qinghai trip. The high-floor panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the flowing Yellow River. Opening the windows revealed a picturesque scene of Lanzhou's mountains and river. During the day, the mighty river stretched out, and at night, the city lights sparkled – an irreplaceable view. The happy hour experience at the 16th-floor Club Lounge was fantastic; you could mix your own cocktails, and the signature beef noodles were authentic and delicious. Sitting by the window in the evening, watching the Yellow River sunset, created an incredible atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Waterwheel Park, and the staff's service was thoughtful and meticulous. As a benchmark international five-star hotel in Lanzhou, it's perfect for both leisure travel and scenic sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

The hygiene and environment are impeccable, the room layout is well-designed, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning. The beef noodles and 'sauna' noodles at the executive lounge, and the Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles at the breakfast buffet, were all fantastic. The hotel staff were warm and polite. One small suggestion: it would be great if both bathrooms had smart toilets.

This Hyatt truly impressed me so much that I'd come back to the city just to stay here again. First, the location is absolutely excellent. It's within walking distance to many key attractions, which is a huge plus considering Lanzhou's traffic can be quite bad due to its geography. Being able to walk to most places you want to visit is undoubtedly the best option. Next, the ambiance and service: the room offered beautiful views of the Yellow River, was spacious and comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and meticulous. A young man at the front desk even extended my check-out time after learning about my flight schedule, which I really appreciated! The breakfast was extensive, featuring many local specialties, so you can enjoy authentic Lanzhou flavors without even leaving the hotel – fantastic! The hotel also has a free self-service laundry room, which is an absolute lifesaver. You can wash and dry everything within an hour, completely hassle-free! Everything else was great too; finding such a satisfying hotel during a trip is truly a joy! I hope the hotel continues to thrive, and I extend my most sincere thanks to the wonderful staff!

Decided to visit Lanzhou last minute and chose this Hyatt on the Yellow River – what a pleasant surprise! From my window, I could not only see the majestic Yellow River right beside the hotel, but also the 'concrete jungle' on the opposite bank and the distinctive loess hills. The view was absolutely stunning! Hyatt's quality really shines through; both the hardware and service were excellent. The breakfast and concierge service deserve special mention. Breakfast offered most of Lanzhou's local delicacies, and they all tasted pretty good 👍. The concierge staff was incredibly warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. They even gave us some local specialties and a hotel-branded fridge magnet!

✨ Staying at this hotel in Lanzhou was so comfortable! ▫️Service: The front desk staff were warm and responsive. We received complimentary dried fruits and nuts upon check-in, and all the staff were very friendly. ▫️Breakfast: A wide variety of options! You absolutely *must* try the beef noodles! The durian egg tarts were a huge hit with the kids. ▫️View: The 39th-floor view was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic overlook of both banks of the Yellow River and the entire city skyline.🌊 ▫️Location: There are many museums nearby, making it very convenient for exhibition visits. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Lanzhou.

This hotel was the highlight of our entire trip. First off, the location is fantastic, right on the Yellow River with an amazing view – you don't even have to leave your room to enjoy the river scenery. Secondly, the service was excellent; the staff were incredibly friendly and brought us treats both days of our stay, and the minibar was complimentary. The facilities were also great; the hotel is very new and well-maintained. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding – the beef noodles and beef and carrot steamed buns were absolutely delicious. We didn't even need to go out and queue for other food; everything we needed was right here at the hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with high-floor rooms offering a magnificent view of the Yellow River. The guest rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding. The service is attentive and welcoming, and getting around for sightseeing is very convenient. My stay in Lanzhou was highly satisfying.

Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive and excellent, with everything you could need. Hygiene: Very clean, making for a very comfortable stay 😌! Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are superb, and the views are also great. Service: We felt right at home; the experience was fantastic.
