I don’t know why this hotel has good reviews, it is disgusting!! Everything is rundown and filthy. I asked for a smoke-free room but the room and the entire place absolutely stinks of smoke - there were even cigarette butts on the ground around the hotel, I counted 4! The toilets were a crime scene when I arrived. Luckily it was a short stay, I couldn’t wait to leave. Staff were at least kind.

房間乾淨整潔的，就是退房時間不合適😓怎麼會是12點退房。房費付的不是24小時嗎？正常2點退房啊。不理解這種操作，12點房間自動停電。

搞不懂前台在硬氣什麼？作為服務行業，服務態度是最起碼的吧。辦理登記入住一臉不耐煩，完了房卡都不給，又讓人重跑一趟。又不是白住，況且從頭至尾我也沒得罪人家，搞不懂給我擺臉幹嘛！！

前台小姐姐服務特別好，本身給我的是圖一因為圖二的空調壞了，但是我覺得房間有點小就立馬給我換了圖二。其他都挺好的 被子有點薄，就是過道里不隔音，老早（六點吧）就有人大聲説話，如果睡眠不太好怕被吵就別考慮了

我在其它省份住過這種連鎖酒店，總之一句話就是綜合性價比超高，同價格的酒店很難找到比這家連鎖店還要好的地方了，當然也有一些問題，比如服務，是這類酒店稍微差一些的地方。但是本人都是可以接受的。
