Hotel facility is a designer's dream. In addition, the staff are incredibly helpful in every way, even though we had no language in common. Staff would insist to accompany us to restaurants and taxis, always with a gracious smile.

The Goods: The hotel is about 10min walk from high speed railway station. The room is huge, and facilities looks new.
The Bads: The gentleman who was manning the reception counter needs more training/ re-training. We called to request for a 3rd bath towel since there are 3 of us but the receptionist sent us a bath mat instead. We complained the phone in the room was not working (no dialing tone) and the receptionist simply brush it off as we were not operating the phone correctly instead of sending someone to check the phone! The lifts are very slow during breakfast hour.

The hotel was chosen by a friend. We stayed there for one night and didn't care much. We used points to exchange for it, so we didn't have to worry about it. As a result, the service was a big surprise. First, we were upgraded to an executive suite and then we were given a late check-out service. I would like to praise the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel, Mr. Yang, who picked us up from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to the train station.
