Hampton by Hilton Lanzhou Shopping Street

The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The front desk had drinks, small biscuits, and a coffee machine ☕. Breakfast was from 7 to 10 AM, with a good variety of options. The pastries seemed to be outsourced; there were durian pastries, flower cakes, bread, etc. The beef noodles were delicious, and there were many Chinese dishes. There's only one coffee machine, and the cups are small, so expect a queue if it's busy. I tried the grain-based hot drink next to it, and it was also very good. The parking lot isn't very obvious and isn't large; I had to wait in line to leave during check-out in the morning. It's very close to the night market, yet it's in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle, and the soundproofing is good. Overall, I recommend it.

I'm a regular user of Hilton Garden Inn, and I've stayed at many of their locations. This hotel, however, was by far the worst experience. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I could clearly hear snoring from the room next door and upstairs, let alone conversations. On my first night, I barely slept because a family next door was chattering and laughing non-stop. The second night, I didn't fall asleep until around 1 AM. I strongly advise sensitive sleepers to avoid this hotel. I will definitely not be choosing this one again.

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was generous, and the location was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, making it very convenient to get to Zhongshan Bridge Walking Street. It was also just a 3-minute walk to the Grand Zhongshan Night Market for delicious beef noodles. Highly, highly, highly recommend staying here! It was absolutely great!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Yellow River, Zhangye Road Night Market, and Zhongshan Bridge. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. You can take Metro Line 1 directly from Lanzhou West Station and get off at Provincial Government Station. There are also plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The hotel has good soundproofing, and the facilities are very well thought out. The staff are enthusiastic and provided many thoughtful amenities. There was also a welcome fruit plate and delicious snacks. They even included a steam eye mask and noise-canceling earplugs, which were super practical. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, catering to guests with different dietary preferences. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Lanzhou.

The service was excellent; any issues or requests were promptly addressed, and every staff member was incredibly professional! Overall, my stay was great this time. (The cold appetizers and flower pastries at breakfast were delicious!)

It's really close to Zhongshan Bridge, Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, Dazhong Alley Night Market, and Zhengning Road Snack Street. The beef noodles around the hotel are all delicious, and the hotel's breakfast spread is fantastic. They have a buffet with both Chinese and Western options, fruit, soy milk, coffee, various drinks, and juices – basically everything you need for a nutritious breakfast.

The hotel is directly opposite the Provincial Government building, and you can see the church from the room window. It's also easy to cross the road. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's within walking distance to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and大众巷 (Dazhong Alley).
