Airport pick-up/Lanzhou New District Station pick-up: As soon as I got off the plane, I called the driver and he came to pick me up. The speed was very fast and the attitude was very friendly and gentle.

I didn't like the first room I stayed in, so I told the front desk and they changed it. They solved the problem very efficiently.
