Lanzhou Old Street Puyan Hotel

The concluding hotel of our Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop trip, and the overall experience was simply amazing! Located right in the old street, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle—location couldn't be better! It's the ultimate setup where you get a great night's sleep and effortless access to all the fun and shopping. The service was top-notch, truly impeachable, with exceptionally warm and friendly staff. We were even kindly upgraded to a Starlight Room for free (though we didn't get to see any stars, haha!). Throughout our stay, everyone was all smiles, ready to answer any questions, and had such a genuine, approachable vibe. The service easily rivaled a super 5-star experience! The room was spotless, the facilities were great, and all in all, a solid 5-star review!

First of all, the hotel has a great location, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. Secondly, the hotel staff were extremely warm and polite; since we arrived late that day, they even proactively reached out in advance because they were worried we might have trouble finding the place. Lastly, a special shout-out goes to their Starlight Room, which added a truly romantic touch to our stay.

I chose the Puyan Hotel for my business trip to Lanzhou this time, and my overall stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel is very close to Lanzhou West Railway Station, which makes catching a train very convenient and travel a breeze. The lobby is simple and elegant, with no sense of noise. The room layout is reasonable, the wet and dry separation is very well done, and the bathroom amenities are of good quality. The bathrobes are one-size-fits-all, and the fabric is soft and skin-friendly. The bedding is fluffy and breathable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the sound insulation is good, so you can't hear any corridor noise. The front desk staff are professional and polite, and check-in and check-out are efficient, with quick responses to requests. The room cleaning is meticulous, with even the corners being clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is very friendly for long-term travelers. The value for money is excellent, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. I will prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Lanzhou. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏

Facilities: The hotel has an antique charm and is located right by the old street, making it very tranquil. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's very close to the old street, just downstairs. We visited during the Mid-Autumn Festival, so it was very crowded. If you're driving, parking can be a real hassle, though it might be better on other days. There's plenty to explore on the old street, and dining options nearby are convenient. Service: The beef noodles at the hotel's breakfast left a deep impression. I actually found the clear broth version to be tastier; adding chili made it less enjoyable than the original. Price: The hotel isn't expensive at all, offering great value for money.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the 'starry sky' room was particularly unique. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, paying close attention to every service detail. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lanzhou for a business trip.

Weekend getaway. The hotel is right by the old street, perfect for shopping and dining, with lots of great food options. Even though it's in the heart of the old street, it's surprisingly quiet. The young lady who checked us in was super helpful and arranged for us to be together. Her service attitude was excellent, and her smile made us feel very welcome. The hotel also offers a variety of creative cultural products at very reasonable prices. Overall, it’s a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, ideal for both family and business travelers!!!

The room facilities were very advanced and luxurious, and the location was excellent, right in Lanzhou Old Street. They even upgraded me to a suite, which was very spacious. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were warm and attentive.

This hotel has a great vibe and an excellent location right at the entrance of Lanzhou Old Street, so you don't even need to cross the road to get there. The environment is lovely, the decor is luxurious, and the breakfast is exquisite. The lobby staff were very helpful, and I was satisfied with how quickly and effectively they resolved any issues.
