the hotel is great from service to facility

It was a good stay and im coming back again this month

Good location - just near the city proper, capitol and market. Also near restaurants and small shopping centres in the city. The building is quite old though, so are the amenities and room. Just right for the price for the stay. Staff are courteous and friendly.

I've tried several hotels at laoag before but Hotel Asuncion is the most comfortable one so far....

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are a good size. The bed is comfortable and the shower is large with always hot water. For breakfast, they insist on knowing what you want to eat and what time you'd like to eat in advance. And if you're not there 10 minutes before breakfast, they'll simply call and ask where you are.

The location is great, close to the city. The room has been renovated and is quite clean. The air conditioner is a bit old, but the air conditioning is quite powerful and works well. The staff are very friendly and nice.
