The location is perfect, very accessible from the airport, with a lot of food hubs so no worries with your cravings. You can also splurge with nearby boutiques. Transportation, or if you want to commute, the terminal is just around the corner. But just a heads up, if you're staying longer like I did, the room I had has no table (there's a side table though), no chair no cabinet to keep your things. Security-wise I think it was fairly safe (God forbid 🙏). All in all, it was a good stay.

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen room for one night after a late flight. There were some highlights, but a few frustrations The address listed on Trip.com is incorrect. It sent our taxi to the Shangri-La, so we had to book a second ride. The room is large, but the kitchen is basically useless as you can’t cook and the fridge is just a minibar. The AC is perfectly placed on the wall so it doesn’t blow on you while you sleep. The bed was great, snow-white bedding and cute towel swans (great job by the cleaning staff!). However, the telly is tiny and hung way too high near the ceiling. Big respect for having ZERO cockroaches, but the desk was crawling with small insects and there were several geckos on the walls,love them though The pool is very heavy on chlorine—I washed multiple times and could still smell it on my skin. There is no sandy beach, just a wooden ladder into shallow water. Very green territory. For me it's not a problem, but be prepared for the roosters crowing all night and birds in the morning There is a 7-11 right across the street

I stayed here briefly with my kids before our departure. I was a bit worried as it was just me and two elementary-aged children, but the owner was very kind and everything turned out fine. It's located right on the main road, and there's a massage shop run by a Korean owner right next door, plus an H Mart Mini.
