The swimming pool on the second floor is well-equipped. It's good for just sleeping with your family. However, other auxiliary facilities are lacking. The advantage is that it's close to a convenience store and a restaurant.

It's convenient because there are 7/11, Starbucks, Japanese restaurants, drug stores, and other restaurants nearby. It would be nice if you could get a nice long room, but I think the cleanliness is not enough for Japanese people. Especially the floor. However, all hotels in the Philippines are like this, so it may be good value for money.

It’s not where it’s listed. They listed it at the beach but that’s not how the area works. Also, the beach costs 350php per head per day. And it’s literally next to the port and rocky and full of trash. Very overpriced for such a bad beach. The room had poop in the toilet when I arrived. Maintenance said they leave it unlocked. So the unit is open for anyone to go on between guests. The fridge was off. Had to reset all the gfci outlets and then the breaker. No response from the owner for 2 days when I expressed my concerns. Then they only responded to the beach issue not the poop or non working fridge etc. basically you have to hunt people down yourself to get things done. Overall, it’s a condo and a room. The price was good for the area, but the area sucks. Like 5 places to eat. It’s just not great. 3 stars for average condo, but less stars for customer service and how it was gross checking in.

Fun exciting Hotel Nice beautiful new hotel with very nice amenities. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Access to a private beach club.
