The hotel was fine - about right for the price. Great reception staff who helped move me to a quieter room. The room was clean, the sink was blocked. The airport transfer cost was high but efficient.

I loved my stay here and I felt my studio room was very specious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities and toiletries needed. Rooms cleaned daily. The hotel also has a nice and reasonably priced café, a small swimming pool for relaxing and a gym. There are spas, restaurants and a mall just in walking distance. Staff was nice and arranged a free ride for me to the airport at the end of my stay.

The room was nice, clean, tidy, and good value for money, plus it came with breakfast. The service was excellent, making it perfect for a short stay. The location is great, quite close to the airport, which is very convenient for getting there. However, the window was a bit small, and the room size was average; being next to the road, it was a little noisy.

Great location, very accommodating staff, very clean and spacious room (we booked Junior Suite), and we had a free airport pick-up when we arrived at Mactan airport, super convenient and appreciated!

👍 What works well •Location: It’s very conveniently located near Mactan‑Cebu International Airport (just a 5-10 minute drive) which makes it a good choice especially if you have a flight early or late. Staff & service: Many guests report friendly, helpful staff and good service. For example: “Staff was friendly, accommodations were clean and secure.”  👎 What could be better •Noise: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don’t always block out the sound sufficiently. •Room size & condition: Some rooms are small (especially the “studio” type) and furniture or fixtures are described as dated. Example: “rooms and bathrooms are tiny.” •Breakfast & food quality: While breakfast is included in many stays, some guests mention that the food quality is mediocre or basic.

Very friendly Staff. Problems got solved promptly and onès need have been immediately taken cared of. My room  was in a quiet Area and had therefore a  a good night sleep. The pool was clean and was just right to be refreshed.

The rooms smell very strong of mold. They relocated us to a different room and it was the same as the first. We asked for pool towels and never never received them. The breakfast was very limited and cold. The staff were friendly and polite. We paid for breakfast but when we arrived the dining room was unaware so we had to go to the front desk to clear up the error. For what we paid for the hotel we would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. Oh the airport shuttle only runs. Every 2 hours until 9 pm so depending upon what time you fly out or in can be very difficult.

Very close to the airport with a convenient shuttle service. The staff service was great, and the breakfast was quite extensive. For just over 400, I even got a room with a pool.

Give this hotel a miss. The nicer rooms you see are in the back. Not sure what these are named. The pool is bath tub size. The front desk unhelpful. The rooms dirty. Although located close to shopping, the street in front is difficult to walk along even by filipino standards (even Mactan standards). I would definitely look eslewhere, even for a one night stay. Very noisy area.

I only stayed overnight only before my flight hoingback to japan .the price of the hotel was reasonable and it was elegant inside the room and very clean ..i dont feel bored they hava billiards and darts in there amenities and we also siting in the pool..the good points staying at the hotel it was near at the Mactan Airport..i recommend this place🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍

Second stay here and upgraded to a larger suite...very nic and close to airport.e

I have never left a bad review about a hotel ever. But this is a literal ponzy scheme running in the name of hotel. You will not sleep at all at this place, and they won't care till you pay them more. I wish I hadn't booked three nights at this loud hell hole. I wasted 1200 rmbs at the place and got a small tiny room where its so loud,that forget sleeping. I couldn't even talk to my friend, or watch tv. I complained about the sound and asked them to canvel my booking. So that I can book another place. They denied. Their breakfast is okay, but maybe I was hallucinated from lack of sleep, anyways I left after having breakfast. didn't stay all three nights. Don't book here ever, it is a hell, and they will choose to hide that information... Chinese hotels are so much better.
