Vivien's Hotel

The accessibility is good as it's near the airport, which is a plus. However, being close to the airport means the airplane noise is quite loud. The cleanliness, I'm not so sure about... We booked a twin room for two, but there was only one slipper and one towel... They could be a bit more prepared. It's just an average, run-of-the-mill motel.

What I appreciated most was the complimentary airport transfer. The shuttle car was clearly marked as belonging to Vivian Hotel, and the driver was very courteous. The hotel's proximity to Mactan-Cebu Airport was a big plus, making it very convenient. Plus, having Jollibee and Gaisano Mall within walking distance meant we never had trouble finding food. It was an affordable and comfortable hotel.

Excellent hotel for layovers. They offer free airport shuttle service, which is very punctual and uses great vehicles. The hotel is surrounded by a commercial district, with a 7-Eleven and Jollibee very close by.

There are many restaurants nearby, and it's only about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. They also provide free bottled water, toothbrushes, and other amenities. However, the shower and toilet are only separated by a single curtain, so water tends to spill out.

The front desk service was great, and they offer airport shuttle service. Across the street there's a supermarket and a commercial street, which is very convenient. To the right when you exit is McDonald's, and to the left is a brand-name chicken restaurant.
