I was very satisfied with my stay! The shower always had hot water😊 The massage inside the building was also amazing♥️ I’ll definitely stay here again! I wasn’t bothered by any noise either🫶

Stayed for one night and used the free airport transfer, which was very comfortable. We were welcomed wonderfully, helped with our luggage, shown everything in the room, and they even turned on the air conditioning and refrigerator. The only thing is that the shower and toilet areas aren't separated, so two people can't really use them at the same time, and shower splashes are unavoidable.

All good except the airconditioner, door knob and breakfast. air conditioner is old model and it’s very noisy. Door knob is old model too I had a difficult time to lock and unlock it. During breakfast, topsilog district served the spoiled chicken it was taste awful and dangerous to get food poison. I hope they serve fresh and quality food next time.

Good for a half-night stay. It's not super clean, but there are no bugs, and staff are on-site 24/7. The only downside is that the window AC unit is a bit noisy. There's a 1000 peso deposit. This is my fourth visit, and I'll be back again.

I've stayed in the sebastian hotel many times it's a clean good hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff and good breakfast and swimming pool. Make sure you get a room at the back as the traffic on the road can be noisy.

I really liked the hotel. The breakfasts were a bit basic, but enough! The service was excellent, everyone was smiling and polite. There's a free shuttle to/from the airport. Magellan's grave is very close by! It's a good neighborhood! I recommend this hotel! The only downside is that it's a bit noisy. The windows are single-paned and don't block out much street noise.

Booked for one night, and it was terrible. Everything was bad: the shower was over the toilet with no cold water, the pillow was flat as a pancake, and the air conditioning was ancient, rattling terribly from a hole in the wall. It was unbearable. We've never encountered such a terrible room. We didn't even bother with breakfast.

This place has good location but only pros is that not convenient place because old and there is not enough air condition unit it was weak

Great stay at Sebastien Hotel! The Deluxe Queen Room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short trip. Very reasonable price for the quality.

The smallest bathroom in the world. Toilet in the shower so your towels,toilet paper and toilet soaked. Also 2 flat old pillows, but you can get extra pillows for 100p per pillow. Room small and beds even smaller.

MY short stay here is pretty decent. Not bad if you're looking for a cheap option stay near Mactan. Room was clean and had lots of space and the location is pretty close to newtown area. The airconditioning is pretty old tho it made a few noises from time to time but would disappear later. overall, a decent place to stay for convenience.

Good location for exploring Lapu Lapu City, lots of nearby shops for provisioning adventures in the Philippines.
