We booked a Deluxe Room on January 9, 2026, for an overnight stay. We arrived before 1:00 PM. Since the room was already ready, they let us check in. When we got to the room, we checked the toilet and the AC. At the same time, we called maintenance because there was no water in the toilet, and the air conditioning was not working. The refrigerator was old and dirty. That same day, before 2:00 PM, we went out and changed hotels. Only the pictures were nice, but in reality, it was zero. For me, the place is not worth the money we paid and is not even good enough to be posted or promoted on any social media. When we settled into another hotel, we tried to cancel our booking . We understood that it's non-refundable, but still, we tried to ask for a refund, and the hotel never responded. I wish all hotels and resorts would update the pictures of their places, rooms, and bathrooms. We went to different beach resorts and hotels every time we were in the Philippines, but this experience made me give my rating/comments. Sorry, but for me, it's not worth recommending.

Great location, right on the beach which also had jet skiing, parasailing, and a bunch of other water sports. Nice staff, also had the option for breakfast. Place was clean and very accommodating

The staff are very friendly and willing to see to whatever you need and I appreciated that. The location itself is okay, considering there is a wharf where you can go to different islands. I would not consider it a “beach” per se. The room was clean, and the AC worked well, but everything was old and falling apart. The breakfast was disappointing and there wasn’t even water in the room. Considering the price that was paid, this accomodation is not worth it. The bed was comfortable, but after one night, we checked out.

I took it because of the beach, well, you can say there is no beach, sand only on land, stones in the water. Don't go near it at low tide, and it's no better at high tide. Actually, we never swam on the beach. The hotel itself is pretty run-down, the refrigerator didn't work, though after a complaint they changed it for a non-working one and only the third one worked. The room was never cleaned during our three-night stay. The breakfast is modest, but it's good that we didn't get food poisoning. The hotel is clearly not worth the money we paid.
