Booked a “Senior Suite” which was not meaning an upgrade room but an assessable room. The owner of the hotel was nice to show all the facilities. The room looked clean from appearance but with some bugs and uncleaned areas. Hot water had to be turned on every 2 hours, the whole room was quite dark without enough lights. Location was walkable to major attractions.

This place is lovely! It’s super clean and homely. The bed is really comfortable compared to others around Cyprus. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s quiet and perfect walking distance to the main area of Larnaca. I highly recommend it.

Ładny, czysty, duży apartament. Bardzo cicho. Codzienne czyszczenie, zawsze dołożona darmowa woda mineralna. Wygodny prywatny parking. Blisko do plaży, piekarni i restauracji.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and done tastefully. There’s ample spaces for parking too. I recommend it but look out for despite as generally all Liv places are slightly over priced

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend a stay in this lovely hotel which is not too far from restaurants etc in Larnaca
