Downtown Rooms, 200m from Marina Beach

Dear Property owner, I had very bad experiences in your services: (1) Very difficult in finding your apartment because you are 16B but you sent me confirmation number 16 (2) You did not put the keys on the box or someone else took the keys before me (3) Very noisy neighbors, at the time I tried to find the keys to open the room, they talked and shout each others noisyly.. It took me 1 hour but could not find the keys to check in so I talked to your staff via whatsapp that I cancelled the booking and request to get back money and he agreed with me so please proceed the refund for me.. Extra filthy room full molded and worst ever

Client didn't get reserved room, no key was available, by watsapp he was suggested to move to another place by taxi and pay himself, since Property didn't provide a taxi, a new place appeared to be a hostel with a room for many people, while separate room was booked

I had a horrible experience here! Not clearly advertised that these are rooms in an apartment. 4 rooms up to 4 people per room and one bathroom with no ability to use toilet and shower separately. Zero sound protection as you can hear everything said with normal voice in any of the 4 rooms while you're trying to sleep. The exterior door to the balcony would not lock and a child could pick the lock to the room. Zero reason to believe anything like a camera or laptop will be in your room when you return from the beach. Thankfully ******* refunded my stay and tried to find me an alternative place to stay. While using the Wifi to talk with ******* it suddenly shut off after they contacted the property owner on the phone? Thankfully I had video of all these issues and ******* went out of their way to deal with with this issue. ******* really saved my trip in this instance.
