"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price.
The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."

GGuest UserThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

GGuest UserIt belongs to the good environment. I stayed for one night. I got up the next morning and stopped the water. There was no way to wash. There was no washing machine. There was a kitchen. There were few vacancies. I couldn't book it.

GGuest User酒店的位置位於金融新區，是屬於安全的區域。交通也挺方便，下樓就有地鐵，從機場過去，出租車大概不到30分鐘。房間大小兩個人住很合適，有一個不小的陽台可以在外面看風景。樓上還有個洗衣房，也很方便，需要投幣或者是掃碼付款。樓下就有小超市，便利店，還有早餐廳，紅帽子披薩，總之很方便。唯一要説明的一點是前台非常不好找。在2樓出電梯右邊走廊的最端頭那個房間裏，注意房間的門還是關着的。我們是上下了幾次，最後請門房的人帶上去的。

KKevindongThe trip to Chile is a perfect ending. If you have the opportunity to come to Santiago, Chile, I highly recommend staying at this hotel: Hotel Las Condes Regal Pacific Santiago. There is a subway station downstairs. It only costs 10,000 pesos to take TransVip's ride-sharing service from the airport to this hotel, which is very convenient. There is a place to change money across the street, as well as KFC, a pizza shop, a 24-hour restaurant, and the hotel's own restaurant La Fattoria is also of high quality. The most important thing is that this area is very safe. When you open the window, you can see the snow-capped mountains not far away🏔️
Service: The check-in time in the hotel reservation instructions is 15:00, but I arrived at the hotel at 10 am. The waiter at the hotel front desk was very nice and helped me check in early. The breakfast buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very rich.

XXITAOIt's convenient to take meals at the breakfast, and it's clean. It's not only close to the company but also close to the subway. It takes 15 minutes' walk from the largest mall in the local area, 10 minutes from the supermarket, and one hour from the airport.

Very close to the city center, business activities are more suitable.
There is a car to the airport, but it is charged, I don't know how much, about 200 or more per person;

You can check in early, the room type is not cleaned up when you check in, and the room is upgraded for free.

The bad: We stayed in room 109 in which the water from the shower came out, leaving the bathroom floor soaked, and you could hear people in the hallway, laughing and when they talked, as well as from the floor above, It has bad insulation.
