The lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms are okay, a little outdated. The shower was not very nice (a bit yellow and the water did not go down the drain properly), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other 4* hotels and it is definitely reflected in the quality. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

It was an amazing stay in las palmas. The hotel has excellent facilities and is really close to the bus station and you can go to almost anywhere without transfers.

Safe location close to bus terminal and restaurants. Lovely seaview and houseview, has gym and swimming pool, clean and friendly staff, no need to worry about anything when you stay here. Happy experience.

Full safe and easy to use

Nice hotel, our home was to ocean view, it is really a 4 stars hotel.

The location is not that great, the environment is okay, the building next to it is under renovation, it is smoky, and there are not many varieties of breakfast

Very nice structure, super modern hall but I expected more, both for the price and for the name, the breakfast not up to the standard of a 4 star. I have tried other 4 star hotels in Las Palmas and they were better even paying slightly less. Details to improve in the room, some things a bit neglected that you would not expect from a chain of this level.

The cleaning was pretty bad. We had to call to have our room cleaned and one day they left the door open. Anyway.

I'm speechless about this hotel. The room I was given when I first checked in was not cleaned. The two sisters even had bottles of water left by others. There was no shower gel in the room after I moved in. It's hard to imagine that this is something a four-star hotel would do. The room itself is also very old. In short, avoid it.
