Hilton Grand Vacations Club on The Las Vegas Strip

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Checking in took a bit longer than expected due to a queue, but the room itself exceeded our expectations. It was fully equipped, and the view from the window was fantastic, offering an unobstructed night view. One thing to note for longer stays is that you need to contact them in advance for room cleaning. We came back late on our first night to find the room hadn't been cleaned, and only learned this after speaking with them the next day.

I frequently stay at Hilton hotels for my business trips to the US, and I've stayed at this particular hotel several times before. This time, however, my experience was absolutely terrible. Around 9 AM, while we were still sleeping, we heard gurgling sounds from the kitchen. Suddenly, black sewage spewed out of the kitchen sink, flowing everywhere and dirtying everything on the counter. The sewage also flowed into the bathroom, splashing onto the carpet and our luggage, accompanied by a terrible stench. I called the front desk, and I was so flustered that I couldn't even properly describe the sewage overflowing. I just kept insisting they send someone to check it out immediately. The lady on the phone kept asking me what was broken, at least five times, which was incredibly frustrating. The entire floor reeked of sewage, and the room next to ours had the same problem. After a while, a few people came to look, then just told us they'd move us to another room, and that was it – no further explanation. The new room we were given still had trash in the kitchen, and only a few tissues were left in the bathroom. I will never, ever stay at this dump of a hotel again in my life.

I hope the supermarket on the first floor doesn't automatically add a tip option when I'm buying things.

They upgraded my room, and it came with a washer and dryer.

It's a new hotel, and that says it all. Too bad it's not on the main street.
