Clean, stylish, good location. Room service was hit and a miss, there were turn down service for 2 days, but not for the last day, why? Hotel itself has facilities that close way too early. It's almost like an empty hotel after 6pm.

Good location, clean room. The Pool & Spa close at 5pm so there is not much you can do at that hotel past certain time. Dining menu is average, food ok.

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.

The hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating. Some employees, particularly at the Zen Restaurant, often have an unfriendly attitude and rarely smile. Additionally, the restaurant options are limited, and despite operating hours, room service is not available 24/7. I will not be choosing this hotel for my next visit to Vegas.

We really liked it. The room is spacious, with lots of light, stylish details in the decor – airy table legs, pearl beaded stools above the bed, and nice little touches like bath salts, mouthwash, and gorgeous robes. The linens are high-quality, and towels are plentiful. Coffee capsules and drinking water are always replenished. Housekeeping was meticulous. The room is well-equipped – the curtains are controlled by buttons, as are the lights. Check-in and check-out were super fast. We've seen huge queues at other hotels, which are just awful. The bar on the 23rd floor has an atmospheric view of Vegas. We didn't use the spa or pool. The restaurant was closed for dinner for some reason. We were delighted with the breakfast! Highly recommended. Having traveled across America, we couldn't find a decent meal anywhere without sugar and potatoes. Here, the protein omelet with avocado on the menu is amazing, and the natural yogurt with perfect berries is perfect. We'll be back next year. We hope the quality stays at least at this level!

The hardware is very outdated; even the towels are stiff. It doesn't justify its high price.

A very quiet hotel. I booked a twin room with a view of the Strip. The room type was great, with a walk-in robe, and the toiletries were Aesop. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower.

The hotel has a great and convenient location, right in the heart of the city. However, it's a standalone hotel, so it's relatively small and doesn't have many entertainment facilities. You also need to take an elevator to get in and out. It's not as diverse as larger hotels like the Bellagio.
