1. Check in made us feel unwelcome. As if you bothering front desk staff . We were a little in a hurry , but both ladies pretended that they don’t see us standing in front of the counter , and were preoccupied with something else . These is around 7pm with no one else but us in the lobby. Then you get to deal with their attitude. As if they doing you a favor by checking you in .
2. Way to the elevator through housekeeping area , if you wanted to see how laundry is being done in a hotel , it’s on the way to single guest elevator.
Rooms are in ok condition, but stained soft furniture and ironing board is definitely a turn off.
3. These are suites with Full kitchen, but convenience store in the lobby has extremely limited and super unhealthy selection . If you have dietary restrictions you will not be able to find anything there.
4. Free breakfast is … we’ll it’s free ! Powdered scrambled eggs , oat milk, sausage links, selection of muffins , apples, bananas and fresh made waffles with artificial syrup .
It maybe would pull to a 3 star rating if it wasn’t for extremely unpleasant personal and the expectation we have to Hilton chain , as a elite Hilton Honors member .
