A fairytale castle hotel, with an outstanding exterior and interior design. The room was comfortable. It's right across from New York & New York, so you can go explore there and then catch the "Mad Apple" acrobatics show.

Good location and beautiful castle theme hotel ! When I step inside, feel like stepping into middle ages fairytales ! I like the shower, the hot water get warm very quickly. Cleanliness may need some improvement, the toilet seat surrounding wasn’t cleaned, I helped to clean it before using it. The ceiling and door had some rust and broken pieces, but they didn’t bother me. Overall is a good experience. I will recommend it.

Perfect newly renovated hotel at the strip. Very comfortable beds, very clean rooms

Staying here for the BTS Arirang tour. No complaint with the location as it's walkable distance to the Allegiant Stadium and connected to Luxor and New York New York Hotel. Average on cleaningness and maintenance.

Our stay was just fine. It’s an older hotel, so needs some updates but nothing too crazy. Price is good.

This is an old hotel with low ceilings and dim rooms. They've hired a bunch of Black women at the front desk, and their service attitude isn't great.

I stayed 8 nights 9 days,but they cleaned my room just twice,service is too bad about houskipping,they dont give you water,they dont have in room nothink

Room was spacious and good but the hotel doesn’t provide any house keeping. Moreover water & other services are also chargeable.

- check in and check out Q was so long. - room not provide any bottle water and slipper, probably this is the practice in USA. - the room are quite run down, my finger got cut by the damages water tap. Called to the front desk to asked for a plaster, but never shown up. Good luck if u got the room in Resort Tower,room 6235. - staff at Concierge and luggage drop off area are friendly. - choose Royal Tower if ur trip is gonna to rely on Uber. Bcs there is where the rideshare pick up point.

Great location at the end of the strip and super close to T-Mobile stadium. Room was a decent size but we wished there was a machine to make coffee in the room.

It was okay, but the room had a strong odor. The hotel entrance looks great at night, and you can walk directly to New York-New York Hotel via a connecting corridor, and further on to the iconic fountain at Aria Hotel.

The room has big space and comfortable. I love to stay here. Will come back again. It more complete if the hotel provide kettle.

The exterior of the hotel was lovely and the location was excellent. The room size was more than enough for a solo traveler. While the amenities were a bit lacking, it wasn't a major concern given the affordable price. If I had to point out a slight issue, it would be that some staff members seemed a bit cold or took a long time to respond, though I understand this can be subjective.
