The hotel is very close to the MRT and bus stops. Some rooms even offer a view of the Sphere. Be prepared for a potentially long check-in process downstairs, as it can get quite busy. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

1. The bed wasn’t clean and had hair in it. 2. House cleaning said they would send a supervisor to clean the bed but never did. 3. There was a bunch of trash behind the furniture below the tv. 4. The bathtub was chipped and did not look good and the shower did not have good water pressure. 5. The shower curtain was too short so water got on the floor. 6. Few wall-out that could be used. 7. The window curtain could not completely close to shutout light. 8. No place to park to check-in. 9. Front desk lied about how much it cost to park. Lack of management. Front desk said 10 dollars to park, help desk said free. It was actually 21 dollars. 10. The east wing elevator broke. It would not go down to first floor and was stuck on 4. It start blaring a alarm and everyone was running off. Management does not seem to care about customers at this hotel.

Great value for money! I recommend requesting a room with an even number if you want to see the big ball (presumably a landmark or attraction) and avoid noise. The gym is a bit small and located in a separate building, but the room itself is a decent size. The bathroom is a little on the small side. If you're looking for good value, this place is a solid choice.

Check-in takes quite a while. It's great that they offer luggage storage, but if you're joining a tour and need to store your bags, I'd recommend doing it the night before. In the morning, there was no one at the luggage storage counter, and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to arrive.

A bit far from the strip or downtown but close to Las Vegas Convention Center. There’s nothing outside but the building has its own casinos and restaurants however less choices. If you are staying here for long, it will get boring. The low score I gave mainly due to the Resort fees which is so expensive at 170USD for 3 days but the resort just opens from 10am to 6pm. Amenities closes too early… it is disappointing and waste of money. As for the rooms, it is big, they clean daily, but there is no water in the room, no amenity kits, no slippers. There is no breakfast too. I think I will book other places in Las Vegas when Im back.

We recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and Casino (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated. However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience. We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.

Facilities: The room felt quite new, probably renovated in the past few years. Cleanliness: Top-notch. Environment: Located at the northern end of the Strip, it's very quiet, unlike the bustling Bellagio or Caesars Palace. The monorail station is right downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people around. Service: There was a bit of a queue for both check-in and check-out, but it wasn't too bad.

The hotel was huge, we didn’t have enough time to explore it and do the activities we wanted. But what we did see we really enjoyed. Very close to bus stops, and the gas station being so close made getting snacks and water very easy.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the exhibition center. Overall, it's pretty good and suitable for business travelers. It's also not too far from the airport, which is a plus.
