Location considered good with free parking on-site. Just they need to improve the pantry as we need to go to toilet for washing plates.

Poorly maintained. No lift. Toilet tap continual leaking and dripping 24 hours; despite notifying reception.  Toilet sink top area tend to get flooded after washing; inaccessible to fill up water kettle. Sink tap faulty. Shower area slippery. Cupboard don’t have clothes hanger. All the power points for phone charging are located at inaccessible corners. As good as no charging points for phone or notebooks. No spare plastic bags for the bins.

The motel room was well set up, with the bedding. Very good location. Very nice host - Matt was very helpful

The manager was very friendly and accommodating. For a budget room it had everything we needed including a bath.

Not a very pleasant place to stay. Cleanliness was below average. There was blood (most likely from raw meat) in the mini fridge/freezer. Free parking spots are very limited. If you return late, and someone else took your spot, you will have to park outside on the street which is paid parking area. If you follow Google maps to get there, it will take you from the back entrance which has a very steep slope, which is not suitable for low-clearance cars. Unless you’re driving a larger or higher vehicle, there is a 100% chance your car will scrape the bottom when entering or exiting. This is something guests with smaller cars should be aware of. The room doesnt smell and feel pleasant at all. There was nothing good about the motel apart from the fact that it is closer to the main city.

Good location, can walk into town. Basic amenities and services. Liked the guest laundry available. Car park on a slope so parking was a challenge with elder parents (but many hilly estates in Launceston so it’s expected).

This accomodation is motel-style. The family room was spacious, with a small kitchen/dining area and equipped with basic stuff such as fridge, kettle, microwave oven and plates/cutlery/glasses. Note that you cannot cook. Sink is a bit small to wash the dishes. Short drive from cataract gorge, 2mn drive from supermarket. Very convenient.

Quiet and tidy, the view of outside is quite beautiful, but no hot water in bathroom.

The room was roomy so it was great to stretch out, relax and we had a great view over Launceston towards the hills. The motel was walking distance to the Oak hotel and the CBD

Everything was good for a few nights stay.
