The room was pretty basic, not worth the money. I have a leg problem, and there's an elevator downstairs, but it's always locked, which infuriates me. I waited ages for the elevator, but it wouldn't open. I'm speechless.

The room was small and had a musty smell. It felt like a semi-basement and was very stuffy. The location is just opposite the train station, only a five-minute walk away. The transportation is very convenient and there are many restaurants nearby.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel is very nice. Sadly the breakfast was not as it should be and leaves a lot to be desired. A wonderful lady was on her own and even with her excellent performance it was too much for one person!

The room was very large and beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was lovely- with a separate water closet and nice tub and shower. The service was excellent and we especially loved Bushra!

Staff was exceptionally helpful. When we needed a walk-in shower rather than a tub, every effort was made to accommodate our needs. Very friendly & professional.
