Aquatis Hotel

In my room I heard people from the upstairs room walking, very poor soundproofing in the room. There was a lack of products like hair conditioner.

The family room is very spacious and can see the lake. The sofa bed is laid out in advance, so there is no problem sleeping two people. But the location is relatively far away, close to the highway, and suitable for self-driving tours. There is a subway station downstairs, and the hotel provides two-day subway tickets, so you can take the subway to visit Lausanne for free.

Checked in at 3pm and checked out at 11pm. This is really an unprecedented experience. Hotels want to make money, but you are so ugly. There are black spots on the pillow. I dare not confirm what it is and just throw it aside. The aquarium next to it can be bought at a preferential price at the front desk. The facilities in the room are average, there is nothing new. The service attitude of the front desk is not very satisfactory. There are employees with good service attitudes, and there are also ****** with ugly faces. They speak very arrogantly and will not look at you. I will never visit this hotel again, and I don’t recommend staying. The last point! The sound insulation of the door is very poor. I can always hear the sound of knocking on the door and the wall in the middle of the night. I was awakened in the middle of the night. It was a very bad experience. I hope everyone will be more cautious when choosing next time.

Clean and friendly hotel ideal location metro 2 meters away

I stayed for ten days because of this trip. I should have been very satisfied with this hotel, but the attitude of the front desk clerk on the last day gave me another opinion! I think the guest doesn’t understand English and says something that’s almost too friendly!
