Apart from the location, which was excellent, this studio flat was tiny, overcrowded with furniture, poorly lit, outdated and in need of several repairs.

The bathroom in the accommodation lacked proper lighting. Unfortunately for me, I was there during the August heatwave. There was only a fan to keep running all night, which wasn't ideal for sleeping. It was a shame I didn't receive the QR code before my arrival to input all the necessary information for getting the access code. I called customer service, but the staff only spoke English. It's a pity that other languages aren't available.

The room temperature was above 40 degrees with very small window, in requested even upgrade seeing the next door room is empty and has a balcony and very airy, I couldn't sleep both nights and at the time of checkout, they came knocking on the door very hard asking to leave by 10AM immediately  Not the right place or the right service, pillows were very bad and flat, bathrooms tiny

Had a very pleasant stay. The online customer service was highly responsive and communicated in flawless English, without any noticeable accent. The hot water was consistent, with good pressure. Upon request, they promptly provided an iron and ironing board. 7 min walk to Laussane station.

Honestly, for the price, the condition is disgusting. The walls are dirty, some lights don't work, the TV doesn't work, and the hot water didn't work either.
