Fabulous hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. It is easy to find with lots of free parking. We were able to park our motorcycles in the garage on the 1st night. The staff are excellent and speak very good English, we got on very well with Dragos as we remembered him from our previous visit. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Food in the restaurant is excellent and there is lot of choice including some regional specialities.

This is a family run hotel. We immediately felt at home, staff was so attentive! Breakfast was superfresh and tasty. We also had dinner at the restaurant; the food was amazing (traditional for the region with a modern twist) You can do nice walks from the hotel. What I liked best is that the hotel uses local products to insure top quality and its environment friendly!! And very good value for money!

Zu Mittag gegessen nach einem Ausflug. Wir bekamen außerhalb der Karte von der freundlichen Wirtin Linsensuppe mit Spätzle und Wiener angeboten und waren beim Zahlen geschockt!!! Pro Teller 19,90 Euro für eine Linsensuppe!!! Wir empfehlen die Preise bei einem Gericht vorher dem Gast mitzuteilen. Wir hätten dann eine Suppe zu humanen Preisen gewählt.....Leider war das Gericht nicht in der Karte ausgepreist oder an einer Tafel.....

Wir, als Wiederholungstäter, waren mal wieder sehr glücklich, das wunderbare, traditionell geführte Haus, seit Generationen in Familienbesitz, besuchen zu dürfen und haben unsre Aufenthalt vollkommen genossen. Vom Zimmer, über den Ausblick, von Frühstück bis zum Abendessen…. Und natürlich den Schnee Wir kommen wieder

Top Gastronomie ! Sehr schon gelegenes Lokal . Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend. Speisen waren reichlich und sehr lecker. Hier fühlt man sich wilkommen. Parklätze reichlich vorhanden. Auch ein Gastronomischer Außenbereich ist auch vorhanden.

Waren hier zum Mittagessen. Im großen Gastraum ist es sehr laut. Wir bestellten als Vorspeise Apfel- Griebenschmalz mit Brot und Radieschen. Lieblos serviert, das Brot trocken. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir Rehbraten mit Spätzle, außerdem Eingemachtes Kabfleisch mit breiten Nudeln. Das gesamte Gericht kam auf einem Teller, die Salatdeko versank in der Sauce. Der Rehbraten war leider zäh, die Spätzle selbstgemacht ? Die Portionen sind riesig, die Preise human. Vielleicht klärt das den Erfolg.
