Dirty, i found lots of hair in the bed🥴 Reception is welcoming, girls were very nice and helpful For one night is ok

The room was very clean but needs some upgrade with decor, the check in employee Monique was amazing and very welcoming

Breakfast was delicious - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, yogurt... The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The first room we were given had an unpleasant musty odor, but the staff found us another room without hesitation. Also, the rooms are large and comfortable. Recommended.

It was close to where we wanted to go, and the metro nearby was an added bonus

Property is really showing its age needs renovation, price is way too high for what you get.

The room was 32 degrees c. The ac unit didn’t work and made VERY loud noises. I have a video of it. The carpet was wet. The room had a VERY strong smell of mildew/mould. The room the moved us to at 11:30pm was cleaner but the bathroom smelled of mildew and urine. Very unhappy. Want a full refund.

I had a good stay, i could only check in at 2330 as i was at a concert and had to go to the concert directly from the airport. The only problem was that the power went out in the morning (no fault of the hotel) and because i use a CPAP machine it did interupt my sleep until the power came back on. The other thing i have noticed that the price of hotels in general have rising exponentially in the past two years.

Reasonable rate - room was a bit humid and shower pressure could be stronger. Breakfast included. Good location - close to the freeways and lots of parking - nice staff.

This property has great staff but it is dirty, smelly and unsafe there. You don’t need key access the backdoor of the building, everything is unlocked.

So surprisingly, the breakfast in the morning was pretty good, much better than most hotels I've stayed at. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel and property itself isn't in the greatest condition and a little beat-up in certain spots, but it was expected considering the price and location. My only slight complaint was that we had a bed and a sleeper couch and the couch bed had no sheets or anything on it and when I asked the only thing they could supply me with was a fitted sheet for a regular bed and a top sheet, no pillows or comforter of any sorts. Thankfully we brought a blanket with us and were able to use it.

The bathroom was really dirty, with hair on the floor. The fridge in very bad condition. There was a big red stain on the carpet. There was a straw and an old plastic lid under the air-conditioner grill. I felt in a VERY VERY expensive 0 star motel.

Staff was friendly. Ac in room wasn’t working. Breakfast was ok. Over priced but would stay again
