Usual comfy night e event and helpful staff. Entrance road can be awkward to spot as it's on a traffic island but the hotel and staff are A1 peaceful sleep and clean surroundings we stayed in the accessible room on ground floor but still no traffic or carpark noises

Went in October 23 just after the floods, Ironbridge village had all the flood barriers up and although the residents have a lot to cope with they are well used to the river flooding and it was interesting to see , even though we couldn't get to the flooded park and some other low lying areas. The Premier inn provided a Lovely clean quiet room, all staff pleasant and housekeeping were very helpful. The location is excellent for visiting Ironbridge and the onsite parking is great. Only problem was there was only 1 coffee/ hot water , machine , which is right next to the toaster and cereal's , it made that small area very busy and cramped even though the restaurant wasn't full. It doesn't help when guests put bread in to toast then stand guard so no one else can use it. But the food was hot and tasty. Eggs were iffy either not cooked snotty whites or if flipped to well done. Second day we went earlier and didn't have to wait as long. We would definitely stay there again . So in March 2024 we went back with family, had the same room as before and another one besides. Jemma on reception was brilliant, she sorted the rooms so we could all be on he same floor. Hotel is still great and very quiet, but breakfast was the same as in October , the lady clearing tables was great, she filled up every thing and was lovely to talk to. All in all a great stay for visiting Ironbridge and to see it not flooded and what was under water in October was very interesting .

We stopped here before travelling the rest of the way to Shrewsbury the following day. This Premier Inn was a lot cheaper than any of the other closer options to our final destination and I knew I would get a great night’s sleep. The bath was really deep and the supplied soap smelled great. The room was comfortable and my 6 year old loved it but said she wished there was a pool. For myself I would love it more if there had been alternatives close by for our evening meal as the Beefeater was expensive for what it was but the breakfast was delicious as always.

Great welcome from Sarah in reception, spotlessly clean room, good sleep in quiet building, hot breakfast. What else could you possibly want from Premier Inn.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, along with two friends, as we were attending a conference at the International Conference Centre. From check-in to check-out, the entire team were exemplary and could not have done any more to help us, even if they tried. The ladies at reception are brilliant and are a credit to the hotel, themselves and the company. This also applies to the housekeeping team who kept every nook and cranny clean as a whistle and smelling sweet. Every common area was spotless as were the rooms. Many hotels I’ve stayed in could learn much from the team, as these ladies knock them out of the water!! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location for the railway station and bus stop. Free parking on site (just need to register your car at reception), and a Beefeater next door.

Location and room was good but noise from rooms above proved an issue, not a good nights sleep on the ground floor!

We stayed here for one night whilst on our way to Chester. Good value hotel with free parking outside. Sign could be a little clearer as you turn in as the junction sort of creeps up on you as you come round the corner and we almost missed the turning. The sign for the reception isn’t well lit and in the dark it was a little hard to spot. The hotel is in a good location there’s a Sainsbury’s supermarket and retail park very close by it’s also a short drive or a 10-15 minute from the Telford international shopping centre. We usually stay in the Telford international but this time this one was slightly cheaper so though we would try it. We managed to park right outside the reception doors. Car park spaces aren’t huge so you do end up quite close to the person next to you although there is more parking further up by the restaurant. The room was clean and well maintained we had no issues. We were on the second floor up towards the end and it was nice and quiet. The rooms are large and have wardrobe some seating with large bed and good bathroom, with shower bath etc and shower gel and hair was products. There’s a hair dryer in the room plus tv and tea and coffee making facilities. We didn’t use the restaurant for any meals so couldn’t comment on that. Staff were friendly and check in and check out was easy.

Excellent stay, located just off the M54/A442 and next to the railway station, access to Ironbridge and surrounding areas very easy. The hotel has a Beefeater Restaurant next to it, food excellent and good service. Staff in hotel reception very helpful, must mention Sara made us feel most welcome, well done. Rooms in the hotel clean and spacious, bed comfortable, overall a very relaxing two nights and would certainly recommend if your visiting the area

Stayed in this premier inn as an overnight stop on our way home from visiting Devon, Sarah who was on the reception was a really lovely girl and nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the company The beefeater adjacent to the hotel was also a nice place to eat, especially after along drive, we decided to have our evening meal there, the steak was cooked to perfection and in addition, the staff were friendly and helpful…Emily who was training was really nice and wish her well for the future david & catherine xx
