Это самое ужасное место,в котором я отдыхала!весь номер в муравьях.шведский стол,это одно название.задушили макаронами и голубцами!желудки после их еды заболели у всех,даже у взрослых!в ресторан спокойно заходят с собаками...где едят люди,тем более дети!еды не хватает даже этой гадкой!приходилось покупать еду в магните и заказывать с других кафе!бассейна не было,пока не начали возмущаться.был один холодный очень.про фонтаны вообще молчу!топить его сказали нечем!крытый бассейн открывать отказались.после многочисленных жалоб его конечно открыли и ругали детей за то,что они брызгаются и ныряют.якобы,вода стекает с пола в бассейн и он становится грязным!помойте пол!!!!!!!!!и проблем не будет.это дети,а не роботы!им хочется поплескаться и повеселиться.представляются детским лагерем,а у самих нет даже врача!!!ругали детей за то,что они не доедают еду...а что делать,если ее невозможно есть?!?!дети,которые находились без родителей,брошены.никто за ними не смотрит!вожатые заняты своими делами.а дети всю ночь курят,пьют и,простите,сношаются!ради Бога,не отпускайте туда детей одних.столько насмотрелись,что сердце не выдерживало!при выезде дети сумки и чемоданы несли с горы до остановки,все колени посбивали,а сотрудники ехали рядом на машине и улыбались!за что берут такие деньги????один вопрос!!!откуда такие хорошие отзывы?всё вранье!это только минимум из того,что там творится!крик души!!!!!!!
