Location is difficult to find

Manager was very rude, not helpful, I got burn from faulty kettle on my hand, complained to manager he said can't do anything it's accident no accident book to record, no health safety concerns he didn't care about my painful burn from the faulty kettle, the lid was broken.

Hotel campanile always great and very pleasant, reception at the top when you arrive...

Everything was perfect, except noise pollution from 5 a.m.

Good stay, well soundproofed room, caretaker at the entrance. Very considerate welcome, listening. Spacious room Top all-you-can-eat breakfast / bar in the hotel Downside: restaurant? Far from restaurants other than that of the hotel which was empty last night. I recommend for a family.

Too bad no air conditioning during the heat wave I am told that it is a problem throughout the hotel but we welcome the air conditioning thoroughly…

For the price, it was just okay. The bus stop to Charles de Gaulle Airport was right in front, so it was convenient.

Friendly and professional staff. Very clean room (bravo Fatima!) Only downside for me, the bedding is not suitable for me. Otherwise nothing to say...👍🏾
