Started off abit rocky because the hotel gave us a horrible room to begin with. After speaking with them and informing them that I wasn’t happy. They changed our room and gave us something more family friendly. Beach was amazing and so were the pool staff’ really friendly. But the highlight for us was the kids club! And MARWA. She was amazing with the children they loved her’ I felt so at ease going out and enjoying my spa and shopping knowing that they were in safe and accommodating hands. Marwa was the highlight of my trip. Everyone with children knows what it’s like, and sometimes you just need some time to unwind and she enabled this for us. Thank you Tunisia. We originally booked this hotel for 2 nights but liked it so much that we stayed longer. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is the best that we have had in France and you can sit on the lovely terrace by the pool. The air-conditioning was brilliant and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and the area around it had plenty of sunbeds and chairs. You can get drinks from the reception too. As we left, the lovely lady on reception gave us a few recommendations for the rest of our journey. One of those was Le Castellet, only 15mins away and absolutely stunning. We had a fabulous time in beautiful Cassis and would definitely stay there again.

My wife and myself have just stayed at this hotel. The room was adequate, clean and smart, and had air conditioning. The air conditioning wasn't working correctly at first but after a quick visit by front desk staff who reset it it worked well - lucky as it was during a heatwave and the windows don't open at this hotel. There is limited parking immediately outside the hotel entrance or you can use the underground hotel car park accessed by the ramp right beside the main entrance. Breakfast was perhaps a little underwhelming compared to other Holiday Inn's as the selection was limited but the quality of what was there was good. This is a city centre hotel so ideal for business people or if you want to explore the city centre, otherwise I would look elsewhere for a room. All the staff were great that we met, professional, polite, friendly and very helpful.

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses nuits auMercure , literie fantastique et surtout la réception au top comme d'habitude. Jérôme nous a accueilli, avec sa bonne humeur et son professionnalisme. Nous avons été surclassé, et toutes nos attentes ont été comblées. Le dimanche 24 décembre, le restaurant étant fermé, Nous avions prévu de diner en chambre quelques achats de la journée, Jérôme nous a agréablement proposé de réchauffer nos plats et de pouvoir les monter en chambre sur un plateau avec assiettes et couverts. Une belle et pratique attention de sa part. C'est pour tous ces petits détails que ce Mercure et surtout les personnels de la réception se démarquent de leurs concurrents. Lors du check out, on a qu'une pensée à quand le prochain séjour, tellement on se sent bien. Pour nous le prochain sera en Février, pour nos 20 ans de mariage qui je n'en doute pas sera agréable et apaisant surtout si Jérôme s'occupe de nous comme il sait si bien le faire. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes qui embellissent et font grandir chaque jour cet établissement par leur travail sérieux et efficace et surtout dans l'esprit de faire évoluer et progresser les habitudes.

I loved .... beautiful view of the port.. sympathetic and welcome staff . equipment ... bathroom ... old but clean ...je understand that the hotel style can surprise some ....hotel in its vintage jus deco .... with an ambience ... (for those who have the reference ....on could almost cross there in a corridor the shinig twins ...) not badly equipped ... a little old equipment but this makes its charm.. I liked taking breakfast at the restaurant outside without time limit ... and then we are two steps from the beach and the center walking

Good welcome - right room (a little noisy water heating) - restaurant to flee = cheap, stomach pain all night - the wine in a wine area at + €10 was of the pitch. The only menu at the right price too restrictive to find it

This hotel is really beautiful, close to the beach to the outrageous, the room is also very beautiful, invincible sea view, sitting on the balcony and looking at the sea view in front of you, absolutely.
